You can enable and pay for usage-based billing on GitHub by connecting an Azure subscription.

If you're a customer in the United States with a GitHub Customer Agreement and you're exempt from sales tax, you can upload a certificate to ensure the correct sales tax amount is calculated.

You can view, pay, or download a current invoice for your enterprise, and you can view your payment history.
